Remote Viewing

SRI protocol  ·  Free-response  ·  Blind judging

Standard Protocol (SRI, Targ & Puthoff)
1. Tasker selects and records a target — location, photo, or object.
Viewer is told only a coordinate or session ID. Nothing else.

2. Session: Viewer relaxes and describes impressions for 15–30 min.
Describe shapes, textures, colours, spatial feelings, movements.
Do not name or label ("I think it's a…"). Just describe raw perception.

3. Feedback: After session, viewer is shown the actual target.
Viewer and/or independent judge rates correspondence 0–7 (ARV scale).

4. Over multiple sessions, deviation from chance becomes measurable.
   Meta-analysis 1974–2022: d ≈ 0.4 across 117 studies.
